Made an appointment last week for today July 24, 2017 between 9-a-12p (their schedule). It's 3:30 pm now and no one has shown up and no one has called me with a status update. I called them at 2:20 pm to find out what happened and why I was not informed of the delay. Some kid answered. He was about as intelligent as a box of rocks. Said he will text the technician and let me know.

Twenty minutes later I called back. Someone with an authoritative voice answered and said he was sorry and will find out and get back to me in 5 minutes. He seemed like he was gonna get to the bottom of this.

Fifty minutes later (thirty minutes after the 2nd call to them). No call, no information, no nothing!

My opinion, stay the hellaway. I have no respect for companies who don't value their customers. Pathetic to know these idiots are in business.
