My wife and I just finished attending a going way party for Peg, our Community Consultant who is leaving here at Eaves to go to another Avalon property. A resident here for six years, the quality of the management staff is one of the reason we have remained here. Debrenna is an outstanding manager who has brought an ongoing vitality and spirit with her community events. We have had waffle breakfast, donuts, pizza nights, to ensure we get to meet our fellow residents.

The other reason for staying is the maintenance staff response to the residents requests as needed. Kudos to Robert Woods Maintenance Manager, Rudy Garcia, and Jesus Martinez. THEY ARE BEST. Also give a thank you to Kimberly who helps with the community functions. They are a testament to the kind of employees hired by Avalon.

The care and upkeep taken with the property another reason for staying.

My only concern is the rental rates and the annual increases. Would love to be a long term resident providing we can afford the rents. We have been here in Thousand Oaks since 1980. The property makes it convenient to walk to our shopping center, and regional mall. Our banks and grocery store are also in walking distance. We also have easy freeway access to 101, 23 and 118 freeway. I give a high praise to Eaves in Thousand Oaks.
