Never actually saw the dentist, thats how bad my initial experience was.

I called, looking for a new dentist and asked for a cleaning appointment. The person who answered placed me on hold. After 5 minutes of being on hold, I hung up and called back. The same person answered, and I explained how he said he'd transfer me and that never happened - he didn't apologize and just said "oh ya okay, when do you want to come?" Kind of annoyed I said "I guess the soonest appointment available" he gave me a date and said "What time?" I was confused as usually they tell you the times that work, so I asked 'anytime?' he said 'yup anytime, 10am?' I thought it was weird but said that worked...

5 minutes later I get another call. From someone else in the office asking me my last and first name and how to spell it - after I repeated all my information, and said how weird that was he said "You had requested this time on this date but we are entirely booked" I was so mad I told him how ridiculous this was, I just wanted a simple cleaning and I was
* Placed on hold with no end in sight
* Receptionist told me the date, and suggested the time, I definitely didn't "Request" anything
After I explained my frustrations he said "okay, what do you want to do?" I said find a new dentist and he said "Ok bye"

I have been in customer service for over 10 years. Customer reps tend to be the face of the company because you speak to them first, and usually last . that says enough about the place for me.
