Salon of the Oaks at 2036 East Avenida De Los Arboles, Thousand Oaks, California.

I have been having my hair cut by Penny for approximately16 years now. I first had my hair cut by her when she was with another salon. She also cut my daughter's hair starting from when they were still in a stroller. When she went to Salon of the Oaks, we followed her over there. My daughter's are 21 and 19 now and none of us have had a haircut by anyone else in all of those years. My daughter's refuse to have anyone else cut their hair and will wait until they are home on break to get an appointment with Penny. Needless to say, we love Penny and the work that she does!

They do a great job at a very reasonable price. They have great stylists and my hair is healthier than ever. I go there frequently to have my hair done.
